update!

Well, where to begin? It's been so long!!!! :]

King's Island was so much fun! I loved hanging out with my girls, and listening to great music!!! I was burnt to a crisp...all because I forgot sunscreen one morning. I was peeling for weeks after I got home. And of course my all time Favorite was Family Force 5...seen above! They are so much fun! What I really liked about them this time was that after their set, the bass player wanted to pray with us. Which was amazing!

I got home and at the beginning of August I Finally started at Huntington. It's been a fun experience. After working there 2 months ( and being the 1 of 3 teachers that has stayed after being trained) I got a promotion and I'm currently training to be an Assistant Director. . I still get to work as a teacher, but I get to AD every Friday and every other Saturday.

The Circus came to town! That was so much fun! It was a very small little circus, but we had a blast! We got to see all the animals before we went to the show and we sat ring side! The elephants were right in front of us!!!! :]

School started and I got put onto a couple of sub lists. I havent been subbing much, which is a huge disappointment. I did start coaching Volleyball at Trinity, which is where I went to grade school. That was so much fun! I get to work with my teachers as a professional which is highly strange. But I love it! And my team was so much fun! The girls are a blast and we are all facebook friends! They think I'm pretty much the coolest person they know. I mean I am right? ;] I miss the girls tons! I'm currently "coaching" basketball. My work schedule has not allowed very much coaching to get done, good for my wallet, not good for my team. Good thing I'm just an assistant. I think I'm going to have to give it up. So sad. :[
Then Homecoming happened!!!! Ahh such a fun weekend! I got to see my sisters again, which I was starting to really miss a few of them! but really I also had lots of fun with my girls again too! It was a much neeeded weekend away...again! lol It was fun being back, but it was really weird. Like I knew what it was like to go back after a break, but not after not being there for 6 months! CRAZY! I loved it, but I do really miss it!

I crashed at Chris and Marlene's house. I loved spending time with them. They are some great people. I am so blessed for having them in my life. They are so supportive of me and whatever I want to do with my life.

Alexandria Jade was so much fun to be with! She is getting so big, and beautiful, and happy!

Everytime she fell asleep or I left and came back and she hadn't seen me in a few hours, after she saw me, she was all smiles. She is the most beautiful baby I have ever seen! But of course I might be biased since I'm her Auntie Amy and her Godmother! teehee. But really she is so much fun to be around! I love her to pieces and the tuesday after I left, Marlene said She really missed me! poor thing!

We also decided not to do our Christmas program this year to help out needy families in the area because we ended up leaving our church rather abruptly.  I feel bad that we are not helping all those needy families this year in the same capacity. We did take all the stuff to the families to be distributed to them, just in a different manner. It's sad to see happen, but when we find a new church, we are going to be looking for a church that will be willing to support this program and we will start over again from scratch.

I got an iPhone too! I was way excited when Apple announced that Sprint was going to carry it! Now I am all apple products! I love Apple and I love that all of my Apple products work so flawlessly together! Seriously, I'm in love!

Since Today is techniqully Thanksgiving, I'm going to List a few things I'm very thankful for!

1. Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. God your the bomb diggty dude! :]
2. My loving Parents and Family. Without them I wouldn't be able to get where I am today.
3. My super supportive friends, like Amanda, Ilona, Chris, Mar, Shae, just to name a few. Its always so refreshing to know that I have friends that support me in what I want to do. That Will still stay in contact with my when I move to where ever I may end up some day. I love them and they love me back.
4. My Job. While It may not be what I wanted to be doing right now, and it may not pay much, its still a job. Lots of people this holiday season are without jobs and I am so lucky that I found one that I like and is in my career choice!
5. My Christian music. I wouldn't be able to be where I am now (especially now that I don't have a church). I thank God every day for bands like FF5, Relient K, Owl City, House of Heroes, Skillet, TobyMac, and many more that help keep me grounded and focused on Jesus Christ.
6. My scrapbooking abilities and talents that can be used to teach others and get paid!!!! ;]
7. My Education. I would be so lost without it right now...although it's not really helping me in the job area at the moment..cough cough.
8. That it is finally Thanksgiving making it socially acceptable to listen to Christmas Music!!
9. RadioU. They are the bomb and I love hearing their God messages. <3
10. My Sisters and Sorority family (Shoalas Unite!!). As much as I despised being in a sorority, I love that I have so many amazing sisters in my life. They will be with me no matter what. Love in AOT! :]

That's about all I can think about right now. I'm going to bed because I don't want to miss the parade in the am!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Much love and Peace.
Amy
